- Ashe County Schools: 250 freshmen, one high school, 2 vehicles
- Carteret County Schools: 700 freshmen, 3 core high schools, 7 vehicles
- Chatham County Schools: 888 freshmen, 3 core high schools, 7 vehicles
- Gaston: 2800 freshmen, 9 core high schools, 20 vehicles
- Hickory City Schools: 400 freshmen, one core high school, 3 vehicles, one coordinator
- Lincoln: 1000 freshmen, 3 core high schools, 8 vehicles
- Watauga County Schools: 500 freshmen, one high school, 4 vehicles
- Each of these school systems maintained an 80% completion rate out of the number of available Freshmen.
- All students completed within 30 days of taking classroom.
- Managed a statewide fleet of over 140 vehicles.
- Was responsible for maintaining the 4 year/ credit hour requirements for over 200 employees.
- Personally recruited over 50 new driver education instructors from January 25 through June 25.
- Oversaw the recruiting, training, licensing and classroom certification and observations from the School Bus and traffic safety division of the DMV for all new driver education instructors for the last 15 years.
- MDS prefers in-person classes at ALL core High Schools with auxiliary virtual classrooms when needed.
